By using this Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, you should not use the Website.

Jo Wood Organics is the trading name of Organic Beauty Products Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (co. no.4993484) which is based in London, England and operates the Website. The company's registered office address is at Farley Court, Allsop Place, London NW1 5LG although all day to day correspondence should be addressed to the company's office address, details of which are given below.

In these terms “we” and “our” refers to Jo Wood Organics and “you” and “your” refers to any visitor to the Website or any Jo Wood Organics customer.

Jo Wood Organics can only supply goods that are ordered online via the Website or by telephone and we cannot accept orders by email or post.

“Goods” are those items which are displayed for sale on the Website.

Content

We have taken great care in creating this Website and we have done our best to ensure that the details, descriptions and pricing on all Goods are accurate.

We have also tried our best to display the Goods as accurately as possible on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect either the colour or the size of the Goods.

Prices

All prices are shown on the Website in GBP sterling. All prices are stated inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees may be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB, Maestro and Switch.

Jo Wood Organics can only accept payment in GBP sterling, and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but Jo Wood Organics reserves the right at any time to revise the price of any Goods without notice.

Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Jo Wood Organics cannot be held liable for any duties or taxes imposed.

Availability

Although we will use all our best efforts to keep the Website as up to date as possible, we cannot give any guarantee about the availability of Goods as they appear on the Website.

Jo Wood Organics only wishes to supply its Goods online to consumers. We therefore reserve the right to refuse large orders of Goods.

Payment Details & Security

All payments to Jo Wood Organics are handled securely. Payment will be debited from your card immediately on you placing the order for the Goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event that your card issuer refuses to authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order. For the avoidance of doubt, we cannot be held liable for non-delivery, delay, or any loss you might suffer if, for any reason at all, your card issuer does not authorise payment.

Delivery

Delivery will usually be within 5 working days (within the UK only) of you placing your order. A signature may be required. See Postage and Packing for full delivery costs.

Should there be any substantive delay in delivery, then we will notify you by email immediately and will either arrange an alternative delivery schedule or offer a refund.

We would ask you to inspect the Goods upon delivery to check that your order is complete. In the event of any problem, we would ask you to notify us immediately.

Cookies

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to customerservices@JoWoodOrganics.com or by telephone on +44(0)845 607 6614.

In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of Goods received damaged or faulty please retain the Goods and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will give you instructions on returning the damaged or faulty Goods and providing you with a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Jo Wood Organics is committed to providing the best customer service that it can. If after placing an order you change your mind, then you are entitled to cancel that order within seven (7) working days of the date of the order. In order to cancel that order you need to contact us either by email or by telephone.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been opened or used or have been damaged by you after receipt.

We will issue a refund (which will include the costs of the original delivery but not the costs of returning any Goods) on receipt of those Goods in their original pristine condition.

Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging or any other secure packaging to:

The Goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the Goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Goods.

Complaints & Queries

Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to respond as soon as possible and in any event within five working days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service we can.

We would like to keep you up to date with our latest products, promotional offers and news and if you give us your consent we will contact you either by email, post or telephone. Except for dealing with an order, we will not contact you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing email or other contact from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your title, your name, address, phone number, and your email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your express consent. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.

We do not provide your personal details to other companies or individuals for their marketing purposes. We may, however, be obliged to disclose certain details in the event we are required to by law, to protect from fraud, or in the event Jo Wood Organics is sold.

If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.

Warranties

Jo Wood Organics is unable to provide any warranties in relation to Goods provided over and above its statutory obligations to provide Goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Jo Wood Organics Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Jo Wood Organics' liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the order. Jo Wood Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if Jo Wood Organics has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

Intellectual Property Rights

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Jo Wood Organics. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.
